Performance and Career Management

The work results of our employees are evaluated within the scope of the Goal and Skills Based Performance Management System.

In this system our employees are evaluated by their supervisors in terms of goal, skills and potential and after this evaluation they apply to the Career Development Program based on the feedback from this evaluation.

The Performance and Career Management System was developed from the idea of structuring a system which helps employees give direction to their careers, presents them with training and improvement opportunities to develop their careers and benefits both individual and organizational development; has been built to work in integration with performance, career, succession and talent management and training/development processes.
