Training and Development

At Yıldız Holding our employees start benefitting from the training and development opportunities from the very first day they join us and are constantly reinforced with systems to help them keep their skills up to date as the member of an international company. We offer all of our new colleagues who have recently joined us a variety of specialty programs for individual development and to plan their professional careers, professional and individual development training, preparation for administrative positions and leadership development programs.

Among our methods are  classroom training, synchronized and asynchronous web based training, on-the-job training, one on one class applications, information and communication platforms like Ülker Akademi and electronic databases, research and presentation assignments, seminars-conferences-summits, one on one coaching and mentoring applications, factory and field trips and simulation-game-case studies.
